In order to become a foster parent/guardian we ask that you fill out this application and a PRE- Registration Form.
Please realize that when bringing home a new animal you must be responsible for the safety and actions of that animal. They do not know what is happening and need guidance and time to adjust.
You must be able to supervise them and we cannot be liable for anything that gets chewed, etc. Please answer the following questions.
Understand that these animals are under Rescued Helpers Inc. Fosters and under the legal guardianship of Rescued Helpers Inc. until officially adopted.

All fosters must comply with the rules, regulations and policies of Rescued Helpers Inc.
(1) Daily Cleaning of Food and Water spill proof bowls
(2) Adaquate Food, water, shade, warmth
(3) Indoor and outdoor access
(4) Cleaning up feces
(5) Adaquate play and exercise time
(6) Adaquate family time, socialization time
(7) Crates and bedding
(8) Dog toys to keep them happy

I have read the above information carefully and have filled out this application honestly. I understand that omission of information and/or failure to answer all questions and sign the application can result in this application being declined. Also, if an omission or untruth is discovered after an Foster takes place, I understand that Rescued Helpers Inc. reserves the right to annul the Foster and reclaim the animal. I give Rescued Helpers Inc. permission to fully investigate the information provided as well as contact veterinarians and related officials. If the application passes this review, I agree to a home and yard visit on a mutually agreed date by a Rescued Helpers Inc. volunteer before an Foster decision is made. In addition, I understand the Foster decision is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to the compatibility of the family and home to the individual animal, and other applications received on this animal. I understand it is Rescued Helpers Inc. prerogative to decide which home is most appropriate and that their decision is final, and therefore I will not argue with the decision. Unless otherwise indicated by Rescued Helpers Inc., I am free to apply and undergo the application process in the future.
