CANINE APPLICATION AND INSTRUCTIONS         

Completely fill out all forms, then sign and date. Paperwork includes the RHI Disclaimer Form, RHI Canine Adoption Application and RHI Canine Contract. >You will hear back  from us within 7 working days with our decision from the date you applied.

After your application is accepted, we are required to contact 1 vet referrence, 1 professional referrence and 2 personal referrences that you  have submitted on your canine adoption form. (family members do not quality as personal referrences)

 When all your referrence checks come back approved, then a meet and greet will be scheduled with the canine you are requesting to adopt. The meet and greet is required for the potenial adopters, other family members living in the home, and any animals living in the home.

Next a home visit is scheduled. Once the home visit is complete and approved the next step is the Pay it Forward Program.

The Pay it forward Program for donation is accepted after the home visit is completed before you best friend goes home with you.

 I understand that omission of information and or failure to answer all questions and sign the application can result in this application being declined.  Also, if an omission or untruth is discovered after a Foster and or Adoption takes place, I understand that Rescued Helpers  Inc. reserves the right to annul the Foster and or Adoption and reclaim the animal.  I give Rescued Helpers Inc. permission to fully investigate the information provided as well as contact veterinarians and related officials.  If the application passes this review, I agree to a home and yard visit on a mutually agreed date by a Rescued Helpers Inc. volunteer before a Foster and or Adoption decision is made. In addition, I understand the Foster and or Adoption decision is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to the compatibility of the family and home to the individual animal, and other applications received on this animal.  I understand it is Rescued Helpers Inc. prerogative to decide which home is most appropriate and that their decision is final, and therefore I will not argue with the decision.  Unless otherwise indicated by Rescued Helpers Inc., I am free to apply and undergo the application process in the future.
